Somewhere in between being a mother of three boys, having a passion for baking and discovering that three out of the five members of our family have celiac, a business was born.

Little Croc Bakehouse Inc. opened for business in 2009. Our goal was simple, blending our knowledge of traditional baked goods with healthier ingredients and some creative flair to perfect delicious desserts and savories we could all enjoy together.

We feel that we have succeeded in doing this with all our products, whether they are gluten free, soy free, vegan, or nut-free baked goods.
